From leasing agent to property manager we’ve been there. We’ve also been on the software and service side of things catering to the multifamily housing industry offering marketing, website design and online leasing services through a former company On-Site Manager. During that time we’ve seen the housing market and marketing technolgies change and the two haven’t necessarily changed at the same rate.
